Return Period:
All items must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.

How to Return Product:
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling us at (514)803-3725 or e-mail at customerservice@thedetailingshop.com Please give us your name, address, phone number, The Detailing Shop invoice number & reason for return. No return will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

All returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Any returned item must be in its original packaging. Your product purchase price (less restocking fee) will be refunded when your return is received and inspected.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable.
