Big Blue sucks up water like a vacuum!

When the BIG BLUE™ drying towel was introduced two years ago, it was a winner. We had never experienced a towel with such awesome drying power. Now, tens of thousands of towels later, we are getting emails and phone calls saying, "I purchased a Big Blue towel from XYZ Company and it's terrible" or "it doesn't dry worth a darn." Yup, we got ripped off. Another Korean company copied the towel, manufactured it with Chinese Microfiber thread, not Korean-made thread, and put a "Big Blue Drying Towel" label on it!

Well folks, Dragon Fibre went back to the drawing board and made a good towel even better. They are about to raise the bar for all the "waffle weave" drying towels out there and set a new industry standard.

Introducing the Dragon Fiber Big Blue III™

Big Blue III Microfiber Chamois is an amazing drying towel woven with a remarkably strong Microfiber we call Dragon Fibre™. In case you've been on another planet for the past 3 or 4 years, Microfiber is revolutionizing the cleaning and drying industry. Microfiber is made up of two polymers, polyester and polyamide which combine to form a single thread. This thread is 100 times finer than a human hair and amazingly strong. Microfiber towels can be machine washed and will last for years. The capillary effect created between the polyester filaments and polyamide core creates a very high absorbency that enables the cloth to clean and dry at the same time.

The finish on Microfiber towels can be adapted to meet specific requirements. The threads can be terry-looped, cut, hooked, feathered, zigzagged and, in this case, waffle woven. This waffle weave greatly increases the towels surface area, multiplying it's absorption capacity.

The Big Blue III Microfiber Chamois actually sucks water off the surface!

Big Blue III is different from all other waffle weave towels:

It is manufactured in Korea to our exacting standards with 100% Korean-made Microfiber thread.
Big Blue III is 15% plusher. The size is the same as our original towel but this towel weighs 15% more. The extra thread makes the towel noticeably plusher which means it can absorb even more water!
Big Blue III is a different blend. Our original towel was an 80/20 blend. Big Blue III is a 70/30 blend (70% Polyester and 30% Polyamide). Polyamide is the absorbing and quick drying fiber. Increasing the Polyamide fiber content 10% increases drying efficiency.
Big Blue III has a new, "scratchless" edging. Big Blue III is completely edged in 100%, scratchless, silk Microfiber. It will not create swirls or scratches in paint or clear coat finishes.

How to use Big Blue III:

If you use a cotton towel or chamois, you normally stop every pass or two to wring out excess water. Not with Big Blue III! Wash your car as normal but do a final rinse with free flowing water (nozzle off the hose).

This is important. It only takes a minute to take the nozzle off and do this final rinse but it will cut the your drying time in half!

Start drying from the top down, drawing the towel across the surface. As the towel becomes wet, it will actually absorb better.

Dry the top, hood and trunk. Fold the towel in half to make it easier to handle and dry the sides of the vehicle. Dry one side, refold the towel and dry the opposite side.

You should be able to dry your entire vehicle without ever wringing out the towel.

Big Blue III is super sized at 25 inches by 36 inches. That's over six square feet of drying power!

Note: Big Blue III should be washed prior to first time use. Machine wash under "gentle cycle" with cold or warm water and a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or a fabric softener and do not wash with other (cotton) towels. Air dry or spin dry at air temperature (no heat).
