Have you noticed that tar removers don't work as well as they used to? You're not alone. The U.S. Government recently cut the VOC content for tar removers from 75% to 40%. This means that all tar removers sold in the U.S., regardless of where they are made, can have no more than 40% active, cleaning solvents, by content.
